Fantastic service at a very reasonable cost! Sam has done work on my older pick up truck and has recently done work on my Mercedes. He is always timely and upfront with the repairs needed and the cost to complete them. I highly recommend Ann Arbor Auto Care!

First off, I’m not like someone intuitive to people’s energy or that stuff… but this place had good vibes. I can’t explain it, but when I walked in I felt like I wasn’t gonna get ripped off… This place is awesome! I needed brakes… rotors and pads… there were some noises too. I apparently needed the brakes but had damaged a ball bearing and axle… which I could feel. He was so honest. Helped me to get where I needed on price. Drove me to my home so I didn’t need to sit there or walk home. I paid less for the ball bearing and full brake pads/ rotors for front and back then I was quoted for one set of brakes. I’m eternally grateful. I really wish I’d known about this place sooner. I’ve wasted so much money prior to this and for poor service… this was refreshing!!!

I recently visited Ann Arbor Auto Care and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Despite the holiday rush, they promptly repaired my car’s brakes, rotors, etc. on short notice. Additionally, they looked at my other car & topped off the fluids, at no extra charge. The team was professional, and the pricing was reasonable. They even offered a discount, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Ann Arbor Auto Care for their exceptional service and customer care.

While driving, my check engine light came on, and I suspected a coolant leak since another shop had supposedly fixed the issue just the day before. I called for a tow and found Ann Arbor Auto Care. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, thorough, and transparent. After a quick inspection, they explained what might be wrong and walked me through a few options to address the issue. Their clear communication and expertise gave me confidence in their work. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism—highly recommend!

Sam and company are very knowledgeable and honest. I had taken my car to a different shop that couldn't fix the problem I had. They just wanted to replace major parts. Sam was able to fix it at a fraction of the cost of the previous shop and was able to do it in a timely manner. Highly recommend
