I took my 2016 dodge charger road and track to get the front bumper and the side front fender to get fixed. They first took a very long time to finish the work they did. After rescheduling the date it should have been finished 4 time. The work the did on my car was the worse I have seen from a body shop. They delivered the car super dirty and didn’t even finish the job left bolts out and the parts that they switched out were use old parts from another car. It’s been a week since I got it back they promised to get it fixed but haven’t even received a call to schedule something. Would not recommend!

I’ve used Gerber for years and after being bought out their customer service was terrible. I tried Caliber Collision and was very happy and pleasantly surprised at the level of kind and respectful customer service I received. Carlos was my adjuster and he could not have been nicer to me. Quick turn around for my particular situation. Not only are they a USAA STAR shop but they’re also Volkswagen preferred per the VW website. Thank you for an amazing experience and unmatched service.
