Came in one day, was told I had to make an appointment. One associate scheduled me and told me to come in anywhere between 9am-10am. Came in at 9:15. Different associate told me I had to wait 2-3 hours to have 2 tires changed. No one was working in the shop but somehow was told my 30min job now required me to drop off my vehicle and return at a later time. Tire shops generally try to get in you in and out as fast as possible. Seemed incredibly sketchy. I could only imagine how many things they'd "find wrong" with my car that's I'd "need to replace". I was a walk-in customer, but the people at RG made my job a priority on a Saturday morning, made sure the parts needed to be replaced were available, and finished the work in just a couple hours. I even had time to get some lunch while they did all the work! Other place like the dealer would just tell me to come back on Monday. Great customer service at RG!

Lets keep this simple, I was quoted one price while they had my car. Turns out they have a "cant figure it out" fee (going back on the rack or something like that) they road tested my car without consent, I would never approve that. On top of that, these amatures didn't bother using the correct size wrenches when they adjusted my $1200 control arms, which stripped the nut to where it's barely usable and damaged the threads a little. Amature work for a professional price. Go somewhere with else.

I was passing through Valencia on my way to an Angels game from Bakersfield with my family. Coming down the Grapevine my transfer case completely failed with ABS lights, audio warning and parking brake light. Travis and his team absolutely hooked me up and got me going in a rental car to get to my destination. Within 24 hours I had my truck back with a new, upgraded transfer case and a large quantity of invaluable information about my truck.
