I was deeply impressed by Nick, the owner of this shop. I stopped by Reliable Auto Clinic for the first time due to an unstable engine issue, and thanks to the friendly service from receptionist Bell and Nick's professional and attentive repair work, my car was transformed as if it were brand new within just an hour. Nick, with his extensive experience in car repairs, not only explained everything in detail but also went the extra mile by climbing into my car's trunk to check for additional issues and even sat in the passenger seat for over five minutes to test the car's performance—all free of charge. Because of this outstanding service, I am now planning to recommend this shop to my friends and many of my clients. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Bell and Nick for their exceptional service.

Had a great experience with this shop. Honest and pleasant to deal with. Brought in my wife’s SUV for some minor repairs and maintenance issues . Nick explained everything well and kept us informed throughout the process. Will recommend!

Amazing and professional. The owner is very respectful and does things right. Everyone was helpful from beginning to end - a very simple and easy experience and I am so glad I finally found an awesome mechanic I can go to without worry - I used to go to dealerships and it didn’t feel right - multiple return trips bc they didn’t listen. This shop is reliable - and that is gold to me!

Nick is very knowledgeable and repaired my car quickly. He communicated with me the issues my car was having, let me know what needed to be fixed and what could wait. His pricing is reasonable and the work is just as the name states Reliable. I will be returning for the years to come. I definitely recommend their shop!
