I was given the choice of finding my own repair shop or being referred here by my insurance company. Given the stressful situation, I decided to go with the referral, Caliber Collision. It turned out to be one of the best choices I could have made. The team here is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their expertise and care saved me a lot of money compared to what my insurance initially quoted me. In this day even saving just $20 is a big win, they saved me hundreds. Their strong relationships with local businesses in the area were a huge benefit. They truly went above and beyond to work with me in an already difficult situation. If I ever need vehicle service again, big or small, there’s no question this will be the first place I go. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Just got finished with reviving my vehicle from them I had an amazing experience with caliber collision they were really helpful throughout this whole process with them I highly recommend this shop. Justin helped me out through the process a lot and kept me updated throughout the whole time. I appreciate the attention to detail not only in their work as well as in their customer service. Patrick also helped with the rundown of the vehicle explained everything very well and was very helpful. But all I have to say is that they did an amazing job with their work and services provided there I am pleased that I did my services with them.

I was absolutely satisfied with the repair, I could not tell that any work was done on my Truck, because it looked brand new! I will recommend to anyone for repairs on their vehicle. The staff was terrific, and made me feel like they really care about the relationship with their customers. I walked in the office to pick up my truck, and I was surprised that the manager knew my name. They made me feel welcome, and important. Thank you for your service.

After my car was damaged, Rene and the staff at Caliber Collision in Reedley took great care of me and my vehicle. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was regularly updated and encouraged to contact them if I had any questions. Rene stood behind his word to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend this place. I didn’t know about it until I came across by submitting a claim through my insurance. It was easy to make an appointment, my car was 4 days in the shop, they did a great job and kept me informed about everything. Paid my deductible very easy

Great service and quality work , thorough inspection of my vehicle to ensure everything needed for repair would be addressed, they work well with insurance providers , would definitely recommend and use for future repairs. They really take care of the vehicles and customers .
