QUALITY AUTO REPAIR

For once, truth in advertising. This is not the closest auto repair shop to my home. But it is the best in the area. The owner is a walking encyclopedia of car repair and maintenance knowledge. Extremely friendly service. Every time I drive away I am extremely satisfied. Strong recommendation!

My Honda needed a fuel pump and as it turns out, the car has two, one towards the back and the other at the motor. After explaining to Francisco what was going on, he told me exactly what it was and he even told me how it can be fixed. I took my car to him and he got the job done right. I know I can trust him and I highly recommend going to him. Thank you Francisco for being a smart, fair and honest mechanic and thank you for taking care of my cars.

Dec 2022 update- still extremely happy with the service and quality of this shop. I havent gone to another mechanic since my first visit here. I can trust that my vehicle is in the best and safest hands, and I will continue to go here for any problems I have with any vehicles i own. 10 stars! Dec vs June 2021 REVIEW Dec- OMG IM SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!! This was my first time being a customer there, and I felt so welcomed. As a woman, some mechanics make you feel stupid, and Francisco did NOT make me feel that way. He explained everything in a nice, respectful way. My car was done in a timely manner, I received GREAT customer service, and my car is running better than ever before!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY AUTO REPAIR TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC!!! Jun- QUALITY IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO IN REEDLEY! Excellent service. My car broke down while we were camping at king canyon. The tow truck driver took my car at this auto shop. The shop was closing it doors for the day but the owner was kind enough to receive my car and give us a diagnosed. Since we were not from this town, he had our car ready the next day in the morning. He even pick up Us from the hotel. The shop and the waiting area very clean and organize. Complimentary sodas, coffee and cookies. This is a trustworthy auto shop.

I was referred to Francisco @ Quality Auto and I could not have been more pleased. Very professional and knowledgeable. Waiting room was sparkling clean. Cannot say enough good things. We will be taking all of our vehicles here for now on. I would highly recommend!

First time here and I loved the service. I have heard so many good things about this shop and I must say, it is all true. Fransisco is an awesome guy and a great mechanic. He is very knowlegble and always has great advice. He is patient and always answers any questions you ask him. Great Customer Service. I would totally recommend.
