The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and handled everything perfectly. Alondra was my service advisor who kept me updated throughout the servicing of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this location!

The Caliber Collision team at the 125 Auto Center Drive location off Blackstone is warm, friendly and welcoming, from Adri and Joanna at the front desk to Sean as my service advisor to all the folks working on my vehicle. Anyone I encountered while there either smiled to me or asked if I needed assistance. I truly feel the team genuinely cares about each customer who comes through the door. The team took an extremely stressful time I was going through with having had my vehicle attempted to be stolen and turned it into a calm and smooth experience for me. They also made sure to communicate throughout the process by sending me timely, periodic texts letting me know progress was being made on my vehicle with a link to the Caliber Collision website for my particular vehicle that showed detailed information on the progress being made.

I was so impressed by the service I received from their staff, especially Sean Carlson. He went above and beyond for me, and made sure I fully understood everything that was needed. He not only kept me updated throughout the process of getting my car fixed, but also help me navigate things with my insurance for the best outcome. He helped me through a very stressful time by making this easy for me. I cannot say how thankful I am for Sean’s knowledge, expertise and dedication. Be sure if you ever find yourself in need of a car body shop to use this shop and request Sean to be your point of contact, you won’t regret it!

5 STAR 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 Caliber Collision has made the steps to repairing my vehicle less complicated and has put my mind as ease. Their staffs are very friendly, flexible of working with you and always have the answer to any questions you have when dropping off and picking up your vehicle. Adolfo was a patient and friendly professional representative that had helped me and was very brief about the estimate of my vehicle when I brought it in. He was the one who'd helped me and communicate to me with everything about my vehicle throughout the repair. When estimating the time for leaving my car at their shop to get repaired they told me at least 2 weeks. But to my surprise, they finished repairing my car within that same week. I dropped my car off on Monday and was fixed/ready for pick up on Friday. Love this experience and I am highly satisfied. Most importantly, I appreciate Caliber Collision for having such an amazing staffs to helping their customers and getting them back to the rhythm of their life's. AWESOME WORK AND THANK YOU!!

Took my car to caliber Collision for some repairs and Adolfo was great on keeping us informed through out the process, he even got things done 5 days before the promised day saving us some money on the rental. We are very happy for the work and customer service. Thank you Adolfo we will definitely be back If ever need it.

Andrea was very helpful and communicated with me throughly throughout the process. They told me it would take 3-5 business days to complete but it was only 2 days! They were very fast with the fix and my car looks like brand new. I'm really happy with the service I received, thank you!

Wonderful place they fixed my car up amazing like the first day I bought it! Someone crashed into me 2 days after I purchased the vehicle. Looks like nothing happened! All the thanks Caliber Collision & Sean!! With life time warranty can’t beat that.

My car was at this shop for 2 months. I was told it was finally ready and when I showed up I noticed my sunroof didn’t work, the buttons on the side of my seat didn’t work and the lights stayed on in my car. There was white paint on the side of my driver door. My car also had a half tank but when I came to pick it up it was completely empty. A manager was notified and he informed me that I wasn’t gonna be able to leave with my car. I paid my deductible and had to wait another week for those repairs to be completed. I picked it up for the second time and was never greeted by the manager I previously spoke to, the girl at the front desk handed me my key and didn’t offer me a service advisor to come explain the repairs that were done a second time. The white paint was taken off but they left behind scratches on my door. I also noticed there were scratches on the roof of my car, maybe they were setting things on top. After taking my car and driving it home the sensor cover was loose and falling off. Definitely won’t be coming back to this repair shop and would not recommend it to anyone. They don’t completely finish repairs, they also give you the run around on the phone when you call to check up on the repairs of your car. Very unorganized, no one ever knows the status of your car.
