Had a really good experience getting an oil change here. Got there early on Saturday, around 7:45AM because I didn’t have an appointment. They said the wait would be 2 hours (I was fine with that because, yknow, other people have appointments. Brought my laptop with me to do work in the lounge). They ended up only taking an hour!! It was so fast. Plus, the woman who was helping me was very friendly, warm smile, answered all my questions. Don’t know her name but thank you for great service!

It's not perfect. Depending on who you're working with, I guess. I never had this issue before though. I used to get my oil changes here when I got my first car through them in 2019 and the service was great. Maybe it's just a very busy time for them. I'd say , make sure you get your car inspected before you buy one if you're getting a pre owned one . I got warranty on the car through the dealer and I was waiting for an ETA on parts. I finally got an ETA a week and and half later after the diagnostic . I can't wait to get my car repaired so I can get my personal stuff done. Thankful for Moose , Brad and Jack for making it happen and grateful for anyone else that helped.

Took my car for replacing the catalytic convertor, but they replaced it with sub standard parts. The old one looked so much better than the new one. When I spoke to the mechanic he agreed with me that the old one looked so much better. The manager pulled me aside and started to harass me saying he wanted money for everything part/labor even if it was substandard. He said, "I will not give your car back what will you do?" It was truly humiliating and unwanted! I went to them thinking they have Genuine parts, but they DONT they are using off the market parts. Pictures are the "NEW" ones they installed. Please don't trust them!!! I had to call the general manager to get my car back. Lesson Learnt! They are crooks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car has been in their “service center” since NOVEMBER 2023 And it’s almost August 2024 !!! For an under warrenty repair on the hybrid battery. Can’t ever get a call back and when they do. They lie about when you should expect your vehicle to be done. The manager won’t return your call either. And they say they can’t get a replacement battery ; for almost a year?!? What great service 😂

My car was towed here free of charge through Hyundai Car Care for a flat tire and a concern I had of that wheel's valve stem not allowing air in, which I noted on the paperwork when I dropped off the vehicle. I was only quoted one option for a tire replacement that would take five days, despite the finalized paperwork later falsely stating they had told me of a cheaper & faster option. They also did not notice there was an issue with the valve stem I mentioned which resulted in a further delay in which I could not commute regularly to work. After having my car here for over a week & past their second estimated pickup date, I had only received four texts from Joshua Mills, Service Advisor. Joshua never replied to my last text regarding when my vehicle would be ready after simply stating a colleague of his would reach out to me, which they never did. I made repeated calls through the dealership service center trying to get into contact with someone about the status of my vehicle. This resulted in me being transferred twice before reaching number which promptly stated I could not leave a voicemail, and hung up on me. I just had to show up at the service center and wait nearly an hour for someone to realize my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and wait for them to put together an inaccurate report on the service performed on my vehicle. It was incredibly insulting to read that they wrote that my vehicle could've been ready sooner and cheaper despite them not providing me with the information they said they did. After, again, not being contacted that my vehicle was ready and requiring me to show and ask employees what was going on. I realize I should've forgone the free towing and just taken my car to a tire shop but I decided to trust this dealership as they had performed service on this vehicle before, and this should've been a relatively simple and quick matter to resolve. I have learned my lesson and will not be taking my vehicle here anymore, as I do not have any confidence in this service center to fix anything more serious or communicating to customers in a timely manner or at all.
