Steven was phenomenal! He listened to my daughter’s car problems and then when the diagnostic came back, explained everything really well. He worked with her service warranty program and explained their coverage and limitations. In a time when customer service seems to be a dying skill, Steven was an all around excellent customer service rep. If all his colleagues at Burns Chevrolet operate with the same professional and considerate manner, he has sold me on sticking with them! Thank you, Steven.
