Bryan Engine Rebuilding Introduce

Welcome to Bryan Engine Rebuilding, an auto repair station located at 1103 S Main St, Bryan, OH 43506, USA. Operating within the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, Bryan Engine Rebuilding appears to specialize in engine rebuilding services and functions as a machine shop, catering to the automotive needs of the local community in Bryan, Ohio, and the surrounding areas. While direct information about the environment and specific promotional offers is not available, insights into their services and features can be gleaned from customer reviews found online.

As an engine rebuilding specialist and machine shop, the environment at Bryan Engine Rebuilding would likely include a workshop equipped with specialized machinery for disassembling, cleaning, machining, and reassembling engines. This could involve equipment such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and diagnostic tools specific to engine work. Customers might expect a service counter or reception area where they can discuss their engine repair or rebuilding needs with knowledgeable staff. The overall environment would prioritize functionality and precision to handle intricate engine work effectively.

The core service offered by Bryan Engine Rebuilding is, as the name suggests, engine rebuilding. This involves taking a worn or damaged engine, disassembling it, thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all components, machining parts to meet original specifications or replacing them with new ones, and then carefully reassembling the engine. This service can restore the performance and extend the life of an engine, often at a more cost-effective price than a complete engine replacement. As a machine shop, they likely possess the capability to handle various machining tasks related to engine components, such as cylinder boring, crankshaft grinding, valve grinding, and head resurfacing.

Beyond engine rebuilding, Bryan Engine Rebuilding might also offer related services such as engine diagnostics, oil changes, tune-ups, and other general automotive repairs, positioning them as a comprehensive auto repair station for local users. Their expertise in engine work could make them a go-to shop for individuals experiencing significant engine issues or those looking to maintain the performance and longevity of their vehicle's engine.

The features of Bryan Engine Rebuilding, based on customer feedback, present a mixed perspective. One reviewer shared a highly negative experience involving a weld machine repair that allegedly took six months with minimal communication and no completed work. This account raises concerns about communication practices and the handling of certain types of repair jobs outside of engine rebuilding. The reviewer detailed ignored voicemails, long delays, and a lack of proactive updates, ultimately leading to the customer retrieving their unserviced machine.

Conversely, another reviewer offered a strongly positive counterpoint, asserting that Bryan Engine Rebuilding is "one of the best if not the best machine shop in NW Ohio." This reviewer stated they have consistently received excellent work and that everyone they know shares the same sentiment. They specifically criticized the negative review, suggesting that outsourcing work during busy periods is a common practice to ensure customer satisfaction and that a slight delay should not warrant a poor rating, especially when the quality of the final work is high and pricing is competitive (claiming Bryan Engine Rebuilding was 25% less expensive than another shop). This contrasting feedback suggests that experiences may vary, and the primary area of expertise and satisfaction lies within engine rebuilding and machine shop services.

Given the conflicting reviews, potential customers might consider the type of service they require. For engine rebuilding and related machine work, the positive review indicates a high level of expertise and customer satisfaction. However, for other types of repairs, the negative review highlights potential issues with communication and turnaround time. It is important for local users to weigh these perspectives when considering Bryan Engine Rebuilding for their automotive needs.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available online for Bryan Engine Rebuilding. Auto repair stations often offer promotions such as seasonal discounts on engine maintenance, special pricing on rebuilding services for certain engine types, or bundled service packages. To inquire about any current promotions or specials, local users are encouraged to contact Bryan Engine Rebuilding directly using the provided phone number.

In conclusion, Bryan Engine Rebuilding in Bryan, OH, functions as an auto repair station with a specialization in engine rebuilding and machine shop services. Customer feedback presents a dichotomy, with one review detailing significant issues with a non-engine-related repair, while another strongly praises their engine work and overall quality as a leading machine shop in the region. Local users considering Bryan Engine Rebuilding, particularly for engine-related services, may find their expertise valuable. However, it would be prudent to communicate clearly about the scope of work, expected timelines, and communication preferences before proceeding. For specific inquiries about services, pricing, and any potential promotions, please contact Bryan Engine Rebuilding at (419) 636-0000 or mobile +1 419-636-0000.

Bryan Engine Rebuilding Customer Reviews

I heard a lot of good about this company and honestly this may have been a one time poor occurrence but I dropped off a weld machine that needed a govenor looked at. It sat outside for 3 months and I hadn't heard from them so I decided to call. The first two voice-mails I left were ignored but the 3rd time I called they picked up and told me they haven't started on it yet but would get it in in a few weeks. 2 months more go by and I tried calling and leaving a voice-mail again while being ignored. I didn't want to annoy them so I decided to wait another month. At this point I'm obviously becoming frustrated and so I try calling yet again and the receptionist picks up to tell me that they have to speak with the mechanic and will call me right back, it's been 4 days since that conversation.. Today I decided to call to let them know I would be picking it up since it has been 6 months of them ignoring me and the machine I dropped off, they did not answer so I picked it up anyway. Pretty sure they don't realize it's even gone. I am now stuck with a dead battery and a dirty carburetor since 6 month old gas has been sitting in it.

Of course when a company gets swamped with work they will out source it to make customers happy. Bryan engine rebuild is actually one of the best if not the best machine shop in NW ohio! I have had the best work done by them and everyone i know says same thing. You left them with a 2 star rating just cause they out sorced it and took a little extra time??shame on you....

Had some issues with some repairs on my truck. Tom and I talked through the issue and we found a solution. Haven't been an actual customer, yet...but wouldn't consider anyone else after his assistance.
