Brought my car in due to an engine knock. I was told my "engine is shot" and they even suggested I have it towed. Drove it home & then took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. A routine oil change was done & the problem was fixed. In short, I can't recommend Monro due to the sheer incompetence I experienced.

Had an emergency with my vehicle overheating after getting my radiator flushed at the quick lube down the road they got me in and out very fast and were extremely knowledgeable about what was happening and the even made sure to check over there work to make sure the vehicle was 100%

Only go to this place if you feel like getting ripped off. Had calipers replaced about a year ago paid $800 for this, that are junk and locked up just as they did before they were replaced. Told us they are still under warranty but their “labor wasn’t under warranty.” Labor cost for both sides was going to be around $500 to replace the garbage parts they put in. I’ve never heard of anything like this. And based on others reviews it seems like they have a reputation for screwing people over.
