Diecast scalping at it's best! Telling me can't order M2 when other stores can. Shouldn't even have diecast in this store because it's not for the customers, but rather profit for the employees! Hope they close this store!

Zach was absolutely amazing!! We got stranded in Ohio, Turnpike highway. (Driving to Chicago from NY) Called a tow truck to take us to Auto Zone and the two guys in there didn’t want to help, didn’t even step foot out the store. So there we called O’Reilly and Zach answered and came from across street to us. He was very nice! Made a true effort to help us. So we took the car to their parking lot. We got all the help from him and his friend mechanic that happened to go to the store that moment. Zach got down on the floor and didn’t mind that it had just rained. We are so very thankful for being so helpful and actually doing their job. They care about people and help out!!! Thanks Zach! He should be the manager. He is an example for all the other workers.

Placed an order for parts at 8:40am and they told me everything would be at the store by 4:30pm. When I got to the store at 5:20pm THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. Called the number back that I had in my call log to confirm it was the correct location. It was so I proceeding to tell the worker that I was upset my parts weren’t there the worker just kept saying we must have it under a different phone number and name. Giving us NO options on being able to fix the issue THEY HUNG UP IN ME INSTEAD! I will not ever be buying from you again.
