I have used Paul Brown as my mechanic since moving to the Capital Region a little over a year ago, and I've never had a mechanic that I've trusted more. I'm not personally a car guy so I need a mechanic I can trust and that can help me understand what it is my vehicles need and why. I'm also very comfortable discussing my budget (which is almost always strained) with Paul, and he helps me prioritize which repairs are most urgent and which can probably wait awhile longer. His labor rates are comparable to most in the region, but the peace of mind I get from Brown's is incomparable to any I've had with mechanics in 3 other states I've lived in.

Paul Brown is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. He and his team are also very knowledgeable. Honestly, I would not take my car anywhere else. He is 1000 times better than a dealer service shop.
