The people at the front desk are very nice but they give frustrating responses about time estimates and services. Went to a different mechanic the day before for general maintenance and was told that I just needed a rear wheel replaced. Dropped my car off here at 9 AM, was told I'd get a call about what needed to be done within the hour. I called them 2-3 hours later and was told I had about $2000 in services that needed to be done. I said thank you but I couldn't afford that, they said they'd call me right back about maybe getting service costs down. I waited, went back into the shop after another hour and a half, they told me that pieces snapped off when they were checking what needed to be fixed on my car (not their fault I guess, they told me they were screwed on too tight). Charged me $200-something for the fix. Was told they had ordered replacement parts and that it would be a 45 minute wait so I stayed, ended up sitting in the lobby for another two? hours. Maybe more, Im unsure. They charged me another $200-something because apparently the parts order was wrong, and then ended up holding my car for another day. I called them 10 AM next morning, they said the car would be ready in 45 minutes, I went in at around 1 PM they said that the parts still werent in. Didn't get my car until 6 PM. Drove off $520 lighter, no repairs and an entire day wasted loitering around because they kept stringing me along with quick turnaround times. Two days of having no car, had to take off of work because I had no mode of transport. It was awful.

TJ was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He kept us updated every step of the way and got my issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the support when I needed it, great service all around!

I had dropped my vehicle off night before an early morning appointment for an inspection and oil change, leaving keys/info in drop box. I noted I would need the car by noon if possible. By 3:00 in the afternoon I called and was told they had no idea my vehicle was there and that no one had checked drop box. They would hurry up to get inspection/oil change done. We had to pick the vehicle up after hours and as soon as we pulled out of lot, we heard loud grinding sound, impossible to miss. Angry with the service, we brought vehicle to another garage where we had to replace back brakes, pads, etc. If Firestone had really inspected the vehicle instead of just slapping a new sticker on, there is no way they would have missed or not heard the brakes. My husband stopped in to Firestone to let them know and was told, “we only repaired what we were supposed to repair”, no apology - Since brakes are part of an inspection, we should have been notified and the vehicle shouldn’t have passed inspection.

I have an older 2006 Ford Escape with manual transmission. My car had a difficult electrical issue that the shop fixed. They explored all options and really showed they cared to fund the best solution. Great service.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. (If your a woman stay far away from this place, they WILL take advantage of you in the hopes that your desperate enough to believe them). I made an appointment for an inspection. Came in at two didn’t leave till 530. I think they use that extra time to find problems or create problems. Id go as far as saying they make up some too. I bring my car in for the inspection got an email saying everything was good but the brake fluid. They told me I should consider paying them to flush it, which I didn’t. Then told me when my car was on the lift that they noticed I had new brakes and rotors put on. And from there they tried saying my tires weren’t spinning freely (but they were, my mechanic spun them multiple times before my car was put back on the ground) saying it was 1 of 3 problems (my mechanic has been working on cars for 40+ years) 1. Wrong size breaks (too big or too small) which is not the problem gave the make and model and they fit perfect) 2. “Pinched brake line” which would’ve cost $80+ & that still may not fix the problem. 3. Bad calipers (my mechanic made sure they were good to go and showed me) So the tells me because I can’t pay for any of the services they’re going to fail me. Took my sticker & all. I brought it to a well known dealer 2 days later and got an inspection and passed with no problem. I even mentioned what fire stone said to me to them about the problems and they told me they lied showed me my tire spun freely and said these SCAMMERS ARE COMMISION BASED AND DO NOT MAKE GOOD MONEY UNLESS THEY SELL YOU PRODUCTS. When I tell you go anywhere else, but here, I hope you do because if not be willing to spend a pretty penny and get scammed. Maybe even go read some of the other reviews where they do alignments etc,. but don’t really do them because people take their cars to another place and find out work was never done. Spread this to everybody especially the women you know in the 518. DO NOT GO HERE.
