I personally chose Brooks to bring my Tesla Model 3 to based on the excellent reviews that it received. I was not disappointed as the GM and Estimator guided me through every step of the repair. Not only were they personable and friendly during my visits but they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was brought back to original. I was not at all worried through the repairs as they kept me updated throughout. No doubt I will be keeping in touch with Rogelio and Tony. Thank you Brooks!!!

Brooks Motor Cars of Fremont is AMAZING! I literally got my Tesla Model S back better than when it was new. The panels were better aligned and my car looked professionally detailed!! The service is second to none and Rogelio was so good with his communication!! Constantly kept me updated and went above and beyond to make me happy. When I asked for a small adjustment he told me no problem when do you want to bring in your car. No questions asked I had severe damage to the entire side of my car. Check out the before and after!!

Brought my Model S here after someone backed into it. Tony was fantastic and they got the job done quickly. The work was also flawless. The outside is the shop is non-descript while the inside looks like a Tesla showroom.

Recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired at Brooks Motor in Fremont and I have to say it was the best experience ever! Stellar Service and wonderful assistance. You can tell right from the get-go that everyone there was passionate and loved their work. Everyone was so nice and helped so much to navigate the normal headaches of car accidents and repair. It was seamless and I never once had any concerns. My car was returned even in a better condition than my initial delivery of my car. It was extremely clean and you can tell they take great strides to ensure satisfaction and detail. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Brooks Motors. Highly recommend for any Tesla Collision Servicing.

My tesla3 was hit by another car in the parking lot on 6/2022. The damage was above the left rear tire, but now serious and doesn’t affect the use of the car. I checked Tesla app and it gave me some repair shops near me. I googled around, and picked Brooks because it’s high rating and number of ratings. I got an appointment for free estimates right away, received estimates report and sent it to the insurance company for approval. The approved amount is little bit less than the estimated cost. Both insurance company and Brooks said it’s ok as Brooks can send a supplemental request later for the difference. Brooks ordered the parts and I kept driving my car while waiting for the parts. After making several follow up calls, it’s finally my turn to hand over my car to Brooks to repair. And I started to rent a car for daily use. It took Brooks almost 3 months to fix the car, and I was told that extra part/parts needed to be ordered and the repair cost almost doubled to get everything done. Again, every time I need to call them to follow up with the progress. Because 3 months was far more than I expected for a bump repair. The insurance company only cover up to 30 days of rental car cost at the lowest standard. I had to pay a lot for the difference. I don’t know why Brooks received this high ratings, but I was really disappointed with their service and will never go back again. I saw dozens of opened Tesla cars in rooks parking lot. To me, Brooks take too many work orders regardless whether they can handle it properly. Don’t be cheated by their fast estimates and the price at the initial. It means nothing. Once they get your car, it’s their game and you have no control at all.

I worked with Jonathan to get work on my Model 3 done. He is awesome! I highly recommend Brooks to get your bodywork done. I had serious damage to my car from being rear-ended. Jonathan took on the whole process of dealing with the insurance company of the at-fault party. This is the second time I've taken my car there. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Brooks Motors in Fremont! After Tesla told me they couldn’t fix my car,. I was greeted , checked in smoothly, and even got offered a beverage. Rogelio, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns, went on a test drive with me to understand the issue, and assured me he’d take a closer look, and give me a quote. Turns out, all my car needed was a simple bolt fastening for a loose plastic connection! He not only explained everything to me in detail but also didn’t charge me for the fix. Honest, skilled, and professional, shout out to Rogelio. Brooks Motors has definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

Well deserved 5 stars review ! I had a badly damaged Tesla Model 3 that had to be seen to check if it was going to be totaled or repaired. After a few emails exchange with Jonathan, I towed the car to Brooks and when I arrived, he already got a preliminary quote saying the car was clearly totaled and looked at the car in more details to confirm all of this and explained me what would be the process with the insurance. He also helped me doing a factory reset of my car for wiping out all my personal data. Later he sent, after normal business hours, the quote to my insurance and got it approved and helped me recover some part I left in the car. A special mention for Tara at the front desk who did an excellent and fast job ! I am not even talking about their very nice offices ! Of course, if I had to go to the process to repair the car I would have done with Brooks. They work hard, they know their biz. Highly recommended.
