I got a backup camera installed today and unfortunately I’m pretty disappointed with the results. I paid $275 and didn’t get the more expensive version, and I was aware that the image would be small, but I didn’t expect the image to be so hard to see. The issue which I completely didn’t expect is that the image from the backup camera is directly projected onto the mirror. I expected the mirror to turn off when the backup camera was used (since my other car works that way), but instead there’s 2 images at once so the image from the mirror (which is much brighter when it’s light outside) covers the image from the backup camera, making it super hard to make out what’s showing from the camera.

Raag is the man, he guaranteed my satisfaction and he exceeded my expectations. They installed a ZZ2 device so that I can use my Native Mercedes hardware. On 2010-2016 Mercedes you have a knob or touchpad to scroll the screen and when you install an aftermarket dash you can loose that functionality so I installed this to get CarPlay and still use the knobs and buttons on the center console. They also wired/installed my amp and sub in the trunk with a bass knob. It’s been about a month or so since the install and I have no complaints.

Raj definitely went way beyond my expectations. No stress deal very smooth and gives a-lot of options depends upon your budget limit. They work on my front and rare speakers. Upgraded my headlight bulbs to LED and tinted my windows. It was an awesome work and very professional. I’m coming from Vallejo and found this shop down south. And prices are also very reasonable. Kudos to Mark and his partner for working out everything hella fine. Thanks guys! Highly recommend this shop for tints, stereo system installation and other services.

Raj and his team did a great job installing an Apple CarPlay retrofit kit in my 2016 C300. Their quote was among the lowest at $200. They did fantastic work and finished quickly-- the entire install (which involved removing several panels from my car's interior) took less than two hours. Best of all, they were able to fit me in same day. Additionally, Raj is a knowledgable proprietor and great to talk to. I can tell he cares about his customers.Thanks, Raj!
