I recently visited Brands Auto Body & Repair to get my brakes and rotors repaired. And I was incredibly impressed with the service. Matt (Matin), the mechanic who also works at the front desk, was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the process. He worked alongside two other mechanics to not only fix the brakes but also address some transmission issues I had. The entire repair took about 2 to 3 hours, which was very quick considering the amount of work done. It’s been a week since the repair, and my car is running perfectly! The team’s professionalism and efficiency left me feeling confident about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable and friendly auto repair services.

Excellent experience here! People are friendly and easy to talk to. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Also, apparently, there’s nothing to blame on quality of the work. If you’re thinking about repairing minor damage without getting a raising insurance price, they would be a fairly ideal choice

I recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired here after it was damaged by a home garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Khalil's team (initially recommended by Tesla) was incredibly easy to work with, keeping me updated throughout the process, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. When I got my car back, it looked as if nothing had ever happened – the repair was flawless. I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, excellent workmanship, and fair pricing.

I hit my car port post in my Tesla and contacted my insurance. They gave us some misinformation so I did my own search for certified shops and found Brands. They have been so helpful and Khalil showed us step-by-step process to repairing our car. We set a timeline that will work for us! I’m so excited to see the results!!! Such an excellent experience so far for us!
