Brakes Plus

I recently had my oil changed, tires rotated, and new brake pads and rotors installed at Brakes Plus, and the experience was fantastic! Tyler and the general manager Tommy were incredibly trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and ensured I understood the work being done without any pressure. I was even taken back to the shop, where they showed me specific details about my car and the services being performed. The service was quick and efficient, and my car feels better than ever. I truly appreciated their honesty and outstanding customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care!

My daughter had an appt to get her oil changed as well as an alignment. After speaking with Tommy about the issues my daughter was experiencing with her car, he explained how Ben would troubleshoot. When Ben was inspecting the suspension during the oil change, he identified that the ball joint was bad so those would need to be replaced and then they would do the alignment. Ben and Tommy also informed us that we need to get her new tires. Once we get the new tires, they have offered to recheck the alignment to make sure everything is in perfect order. Ben and Tommy were absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough and even stayed an hour after closing time to complete the work. That’s exceptional customer service! We will be using them for all our service work going forward! My daughter noticed a huge improvement driving home. That makes this Mom happy knowing she is much safer on the road! Way to go Ben and Tommy! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!! I will refer you and your Brakes Plus location for anyone needing vehicle services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this place for an oil leak issue, and I must say, the experience was top-notch. Tommy, the manager, along with another gentleman at the counter, were not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done with my car. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service; they worked with me to ensure I got the best possible experience. Tommy was great! Awesome customer service, great pricing, and really worked with us to get us everything we needed for both our vehicles. Very fast and communicative. I bought new headlights and asked them to put them on come to find out they were the wrong ones. Luckily they had the correct headlights in stock. He used them and just charged me labor. I really appreciate the service here. Will definetly be back!
