I had an oil change at another facility a week ago and they said my tires look like they were wearing badly and needed to have the front end aligned. I took it into the shop and they said basically everything was fine there was no need for an alignment and sent me on my way no charge. I'm very impressed at their friendliness and kindness

My son's Ford Fiesta was leaking coolant and was overheating. My wife posted on social media that we were looking for a repair place and Nash came highly recommended. We dropped the car off on a Monday and by Wednesday they called back and only had to replace a plug. They could have made up some large scale problem but they didn't. We paid a fee for the diagnostic and replacement of the plug and we were on our way. Very happy with their service and would go back to them anytime.

I was recommended Nash Auto from a mom's group on Facebook. All had wonderful things to say and highly recommended them. Being a female in Omaha, it's hard to know if Automotive shops are treating you with honesty or just trying to make a buck. I can say with sincerity, Nash Auto will treat you right. I mentioned everything that was going on and i left without any issues. He was very generous and said if there's any issue to bring it right back. A+ in my book. I will recommend to all my friends and will be back for all my car needs.

After a bad experience at a large chain repair shop we decided to take our car to local Nash Automotive. Very impressed! Nick did an excellent job explaining the repairs before, during, and after the work. You can tell they care about the customer and genuinely want you to leave satisfied. A one-on-one interaction you don’t get from a national chain. Now the car runs great. Thank you!

Bought a car from a dealership that was having issues, and brought it in to Nick to have looked at. He spent countless hours working on it. Nick is honest and went above and beyond. Will use Nash Auto for any future needs. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I waffled between 2 and 3 stars here as there were some aspects of my visits that were disappointing, yet some good things. Pros - Shop does quality work (I can't speak to this firsthand but the shop came recommended to me by the guy who towed our car and the reviews speak to good work as well). - Family owned business - Includes services not requested or required (My heater core was partially blocked and required replacement but he flushed it first). - Got to my vehicle quickly for being backed up Cons - Communication could be improved. I had my car towed Sunday night. I called Monday morning to let them know what happened and I knew what was wrong. They said they would call me before they worked on it. The went ahead and starting looking into it and chargedme a $150 diagnostic fee. I have no problem paying for that, but I wish they had told me that when I first called as I knew what the issue was. Just like my home HVAC, when I call to make an appointment to figure out what's wrong with it, they tell me how much the visit will be before coming out. - There seemed to be a lack of understanding the customers perspective. I told them I was happy to pay them for their time and the diagnostic fee but just wish I knew upfront and asked if they could tell their customers upfront I would appreciate it. Instead of understanding or saying they could do that they were dismissive and said it was "industry standard" and they did other services which they could have charged me for (the flush, which is nice but I'd rather they just tell me upfront and understand where I was coming from). My other mechanic and the dealer both told me upfront how much a diagnostic would cost me before doing it. - Other services were included in a quote which may not have been required. The heater core needed to be replaced and when I asked how much it would be, they quoted me $1300 more than my other mechanic and the dealer. He said that was because it included another part you might as well replace when you've got the car open. Both the dealer and my other mechanic said they don't normally replace the coil unless they open it up and see it's corroded. It would have been better if they had just said "well the repair was this much but we recommend adding this too while we are in there." I may have done it but just left a bad impression.
