Brake Depot

Purchased a full set of tires got them mounted and tires had multiple holes. Company doesn’t refund because it’s not their policy but they want to keep swapping tires hoping one holds air. Be careful of this place.

Went to this place to get two tires mounted and balanced. Two tires that I already owned. It was a little over an hour before they got to my vehicle and I forgot to mention, that I was almost attacked by two pit bull dogs, when I walked up to what the sign said was a office.🐂🐂 I was told on a return call from a message I left earlier today, that it was $10.00 per tire to be changed. When I arrived at this place of business, then I was told $5.00 extra for each tire to be balanced. I made it home 20 miles from this supposed tire shop and the vehicle was driving really bad, compared to the way it was driving, before I took it to the brake depot. I forgot to mention, that a man and his girlfriend were cursing each other out and I had to walk to a nearby store to get money to pay for the mess they'd made of our vehicle, because they said their debit machine was not working. " Not A Place to have Children at for sure. " After I returned home I checked the air pressure in the two tires and one was 13 psi the other was 33 psi. Then I checked the lug nuts and they were over 110 lbs of tightness. I was wondering why the guy working there told me Good Luck, right before I left this place. This could cause a very serious accident, with many innocent lives hurt or lost. The reason I refer to this as a place of business is, taking people's money is all they're good for and their work really sucks! 😞 A couple of other things this shady things this place pulled on me, the skinny guy tried to blame his dogs behavior on me. He also tried to sell me other tires and I have plenty of my own tires - like two buildings full of tires. He seemed to not be able to remember what he had just told me minutes before also???

I stopped by to have my brakes checked. I wasn’t sure if I was in a repair shop or a biker bar. I felt very uneasy. Not sure what the workers were on but I would not feel comfortable leaving my car there.

They Didn't have the exact size used tire I needed so this man made sure I had a size that would work for 2 days until he got the appropriate size for my truck. Had me come in 2 days later and replace it all for just the price of the original used tire. Even changed my valve stem. Great service, and the girls are good at what they do!

The very nice people at Brake Depot are very dependable, very fair with their prices and EVEN put a little gas in my truck, ON THEIR OWN, because I was almost on “E” when I brought my truck to them to work on the brakes. I was going to gas up after they finished working on it, myself but they were nice enough to do it for me. I’ll never forget that. 🙏🏿

Really nice people and great prices,but they may cross thread your lug nuts and be a lil slow getting your service done.
