Billy and Kevin are awesome! Nobody else in Charlotte wanted to work on my pawpaws old f150 due to rust.. But they took my truck in and got a new fuel tank on it for me. Very happy with the work and the guys are awesome to do business with. I left my 3000GT with them today and look forward to getting work done on it next! Thank you guys again for the help! I look forward to doing more business with y'all!!!

We traveled from Indiana to North Carolina and realized that something was wrong with the rotors, brakes, caliper and/or all the above. We called Friday morning and spoke with Billy who gave us a time to be there and they would check it out. The staff was friendly and the service was top notch. This place takes care of their people and I can see why they are extremely busy. We were in an out in less than 2 hours and our truck ran so smoothly. We were able to make the rest of the trip and our way back home safely. Thank you, Billy & staff, for your kind hearts and exceptional customer service! We truly appreciate you!

Excellent customer service! The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Prices are the best around. Service was fast, even without an appointment. Highly recommend them. I will be returning for all of my future car care needs! Thanks guys, I love my new tires! Smooth ride back home!

Best service in the town. I've been here for five years . Most of my knowledge for my own vehicle come from Billy. Very great guide when it comes to vehicle safety. There never a day I don't get my bang for my buck. What a great service love this shop make more!!!!!!

My husband took my sons car up there for an alignment and they did the job but didn't bother to tell us that it had a bad ball joint and tie rod. So now after finding this out and fixing the parts we have to go and get another alignment. I would not recommend any of their shops to anyone
