Bohan's Quick Lube & Auto Repair

I am sorry its going to be long but people need to be aware of this place. I had my vehicle oil change in this place because my brother recommend it but one day I took my sons truck to be checked for AC not working and I was ask to leave it. Several minutes after I received a call saying the cost to repair the AC was going to be more than $800. I told them never mind I couldn't afford it and would pick up the truck.they said ok just give us time to assemble it back. when I got to the shop everyone freaked out and run to the parking to hold me up. they were upset I showed up before calling. they had the truck on the oil section and I over heard the man tell the person working on the truck hurry she showed up. everything looked suspicious they wanted me to leave the place and not come back til they call me. I decided to sit, wait and see them assemble what ever it was they had to put back . the rest of the staff kept whispering to each other and looking at me like if something was going on . at this point I got super angry and asked what seem to be the problem. they immediately said its because you came before calling me and it would take them several hours to put everything back. it all didn't sound right I ended up calling another shop to ask if it was correct all it was being done and he said no you don't need to unassembled anything to check AC issues. after they heard me call they came out and gave me the keys. I took the truck to the other shop to see what they did and when he checked it he said nothing was wrong with the AC and all it needed was refill with coolent . He did it and charge me $100 . Its been a couple of months and AC continues to work perfect.

Love this place. Darlene the owner is what every woman who has ever been “mansplained” to by a male mechanic needs. She explains what your car needs in simple language as well as what repairs could be put off for awhile. Bohans automotive keeps my 2006 Mustang in tip top shape. Also the fact that they have a loaner car is an AMAZING plus! Please support this business. You won’t be sorry.

This place is amazing. I had quite a bit of work done. Very affordable. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car here. That is saying a lot coming from a woman.

I’ve been with Bohans since they first opened. I’ve been with Bohans in Valencia for the longest….Darlene & friends have been taking care of various cars from my Cadillac jeep Buick enclave and every person I’ve recommended family members and friends thay never had a complaint. Thank you BOHANS!!!
