Usually go here but tonight was very disappointing. Husband send me to look for a Nut we need it. I asked one of the guys for help to see if they had them. He showed me where they were located. He said if we have them they will be here and left. I asked another person to help me find the nut and thread size, he then proceeded to “try” to look. I asked if they had a nut/ bolt thread checker and said nothing. He then said let me get some else to help. This girl came and said how can I help you in Spanish and I said I need help finding the size for this bolt which I had in my hand, she said it seem like you found it it’s in front of you…(which was not.) Left the store with no answer.. Went to O'Reilly I was in and out the store in less then 5 minutes. Very nice knowledgeable gentleman help me with finding the size and correct thread. As a female I would like to feel comfortable to go to this type of auto shop stores and be able to get help from someone, unfortunately I went through 3 different people that were as lost as I was.

Stopped by and needed help finding my wiper fluid. Joana was so helpful and kind! She saw me walk in and immediately asked me if I needed help finding anything. Thank you Joana for being so helpful!!

Had great service from Edgar . Needed a oil change and he recommended everything that I needed for my car. I have a new 2023 Acura so I wasn't sure what I needed and he was very thoughtful and knowledgeable in helping me out. Will definitely come back again.

It became my favorite branch, all the guys are very friendly and helpful, especially Joana who was the one who helped me with the oil change of my car, thank you very much ☺️
