🤮 Very unprofessional staff in the Parts Department these days. A manager rectified the problem, but never addressed the rudeness of his parts counter guy. He never even apologized for his employees behavior. This was the cockiest and rudest parts guy I have come across in several years. I am an educated professional, and business owner. I demand professionalism. I buy well over 45k-75k in parts each year, and only one part came from Chevy this year because of continous rudeness year after year and sure enough there was an issue this time too. Also, they will not return cores that are 3 years old because there is some kind of unwritten expiration rule that I was not aware of, nor do I have these kinds of problems with my other parts vendors. So one core is mine now whatever. And, DO NOT expect to get your core money back for 7-10 days because they won't return it to your card, they mail a check instead and say it takes 5-7 business days, this is total BS! This was unbeknownst to me, nor is it posted anywhere. GM makes crap vehicles, and has crappy employees who do not care at all about customer retention. If you knew what I did, you wouldn't buy a chevy at all. From now on it is GM online or nothing, I don't care if I have to wait. I will not spend a single dollar more there, and I will tell all of my Auto Technician friends, as well as my Auto Shop owner friends what happened today. I have been in this industry for 32 years, and all I expected was professionalism!! You will find very little of that here. Go to Karl's Chevy instead. This is very disappointing, as years ago it was not like this at all.

Had an issue with a warranty repair, that was actually not under warranty on a near new car. Had some issues with service dept, but they got it fixed Very quickly, just not what I expected for cost. Following several follow-up call the manager called and made it right with me to my satisfaction. Dealer gas been great up until this event and they have now stepped and done the right thing. Still a happy camper.
