Hector, Omar, and Eddie at Blue Compass RV service were great! I came in with propane heat and power issues and they were able to figure out my systems no problem, on the same day that I called, shifting their schedule to accommodate me!! Such a lifesaver for me, since I’m full-timing and need the van to sleep, and it’s cold at night now. They were ok with my two dogs and me hanging out in the shop and working/napping while they worked on my van. Ended up just being a reorientation for me, no parts needed, but Hector was able to quickly troubleshoot my issue and walked me through how to avoid it in the future. Thanks so much, hope the pizza was good!!

We were excited about picking up our new Entegra Esteem. We had a great welcome; however, our orientation was not as expected. All employees were very nice but we did not receive the information needed to correctly operate our motorhome. The person who did our orientation did not demonstrate that he was knowledgeable regarding the functions of the RV. We drove it home and now we are accessing YouTube to teach us how to operate the RV. I do want to mention that any of the imperfections that we pointed out, were acknowledged and we were told will be repaired. Good service but personnel doing orientation need to be knowledgeable.

How even should I begin? This was an absolutely FANTASTIC experience! I would definitely give it ten stars if I could! Today was our demo day with Hector. He gave us such a thorough explanation of everything! met all of our inquiries! Then we felt extremely welcome by David and Bryson when we stepped inside to buy a few items for our trailer. Honestly, that made us laugh a lot. ACHIEVED A FAMILY SENSE IN US! Once more, thank you My husband and I had a great time meeting you all today, Hector, Bryson, and David! We value your efforts and support tremendously! We appreciate all the care you took when working with us! These guys deserve a raise!

I had to change my review because of the way things were handled after my purchase. First of all, I was told the used RV I was buying would be cleaned up before it was delivered. They also promised to fix anything that might be a “safety issue.” I looked over the trailer before it was delivered and nothing had been touched. They said they already inspected it and cleaned it out but I disagreed and told them it was not satisfactory. They promised to go over it again. No one ever went through this trailer and cleaned or checked it. It was filthy, with food, dirt, and grime all over everything. The oven has something large and burned inside and is unusable. The toilet looked fine from the outside, but down under the flap it was stained BROWN! I saw standing water under the bathroom sink today. When I removed the lower panel, I found towels stuffed into the cabinet area and rotted wood. This proves there was a problem and that no one from the service department checked anything. I sent pictures to the managers and they haven’t responded. They also gave me a broken smoke alarm with an expired, rotted battery inside! Isn’t that a “safety issue?!” The second reason for changing my review is that I was given a half hour time window for delivery but waited over 2 hours past that. I tried calling and texting to find out what was going on and no one would answer. Finally, I got ahold of someone who said the driver was delayed a few minutes due to a gas card issue and he’d be there soon. The drive is about 2 hrs 15 mins and he was 2 hours late! No one had the courtesy to call me with an updated delivery time? Buyer beware. These people are con-artists. You’re on your own at Blue Compass.

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Blue Compass RV Service Department. I believe it is important for me to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory service that I have received from your establishment.In June of last year, I entrusted my trailer to the Blue Compass RV Service Department after a stolen recovery claim. I had high hopes that they would be able to effectively repair and restore my trailer to its former condition. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of frustrating encounters and unfulfilled promises. Despite numerous visits to the service department and detailed discussions regarding the necessary repairs, I was shocked to discover that upon picking up my trailer, the blue tape used to identify the items in need of repair was still intact. This oversight on their part clearly indicates a lack of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. To add to the significant inconvenience I have faced, I was also charged a staggering amount of $26,000 for the services rendered by Blue Compass RV Service Department. This exorbitant sum for subpar service is unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied with my overall experience.As a result of the disappointing service provided by Blue Compass RV Service Department, I have decided to take my trailer to another service department for the necessary repairs. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your establishment is simply unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend your services to others. In conclusion, my experience with Blue Compass RV Service Department has been nothing short of a disappointment. I urge you to address the issues within your service department and strive to provide a higher standard of service to your customers in the future.
