I have severe trust issues when it comes to mechanics. There is 1 shop I generally rely on for most of my repair needs but they don't do engine installs and referred me to Big Rob. Because I trust Dennis, I took my car to Rob. Rob quoted me a fair price, way less than half of what the dealer was trying to charge. Long story short, if you have a kia and are having troubles with the dealer, go see Rob!

Rob has the most wonderful customer service. He is so kind and helpful. We took my 2015 Escalade in after doing a motor swap and having issues. We told him no rush and he still got us in our very fast. Thanks again
