New customers beware They do not standby their work & their prices fluctuate one day a tire is $40 And the same tire the next day is $50.. they’re not looking for loyal customers just trying to make the fastest and quickest Dollar possible and onto the next. I purchased 4 used tires from them two months ago… my truck is not a daily driven vehicle maybe 30 miles every month. I took it to go get patched and they said that all my tires are bad and need to be replaced. They sold me tires from 2016 Go two Aztec tire their service is 20x Better than them and they are cheaper they have one solid price for everything. Their prices do not fluctuate because they’re not getting service.

Sold me a patch tire went down the hill and light came on i been putting air into it for days hoping it'll last came to tire shop and found out it was patched and the outter layer leaking as well slowly also kept my wheel lock for my mercedes and claimed they didn't but I can't find it no where and now have to hope any tire shop I go to has it wont go again rude as well smh the only time I was in hesperia and needed them the most 👎 mind you i paid almost 90$ 88$ out the door for it to be a waste was a first time customer as well .🤦‍♂️

I regularly go to them to give them my business, got a nail in my tired today, went to them so they can fix it, road side assistance guy checked my tired and I saw it was good only a nail, when I got to them the heavy guy put all his weight on the tired next thing you know he is saying it has a hold and kept putting his finger in the tired SMH think because I'm a women i don't know what a tired looks like when is poped try to sell me a new one, and I usually go to them for my new tires, and only because they are Raza, but never again be careful ladies don't let this men in this tired shop take advantage, he also say i was running with it flat as soon as the sing came on for the tired I pull over it was less than a block,

Had a blown out tire. Shop down the street said it would take all day. Alvarez Tires had it done in 20 mins. Thanks you! Saved my day.

Don't believe these negative reviews. I have been to Alvarez Tire Services multiple times and each time was an outstanding experience. They are honest, fair, and get the job done in a timely manner. Supporting a local small business goes a long ways.

Nate is solid gave me a warrenty on alignment told me about a boot that needed to be repaired and said fix the boot bring it back within 30 days for another alignment so i did. Informative and has integrity this was my experince at the shop thanks nate

For the safety of you and your family, do not come here and buy tires. Bought a couple of NEW!!!! tires and one of them was defected, I went back to let them know that the tire was bought a week ago and is already damage and instead of giving another one they gave me the cold shoulder and did not give me a refund or an exchange. BAD BAD customer service. I will be reporting this to the business burea before any life's are lost.
