The brakes light went on my Mercedes Benz E500, when I when to the dealer they told me that I need Front and rear brakes and it will take 3 or 4 days to be ready; the estimated was over $1000.00. A friend told me about Spruce Auto repair, I was so lucky to bring my car there, the owners Juan and Javier were very nice they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and I was surprise when they told me that I didn’t need brakes I have two bad sensors and with two hours my car was repaired. Armando the mechanic check all the fluids, check the pressure of my tires as part of the diagnostic these people are so honest and very professional, I will recommend Spruce auto Repair. J. More

My experience is and still is the worst ever with an auto mechanic! This guy Angel has not returned my calls. Ive called him many many rimes regarding my car. Ive taken 3 of my cars to his shop. Someone referred me to him. My Maxima had tranny issues. He supposedly replaced it and it still doesnt work. $1600 for an exchange. When my maxima was in the shop again he said it needed a shift modulator $450 for a total of $2050 and im still having issues. My passat was taken there for a head job and it came back with the turbo not working. My impala went in and Angel said it need a tranny. I am very upset at this guy. A bad bad mechanic. Do not take your car there.

I have had wo cars worked on and they ar both experiencing the same problems I originally took the cars in for. I took one car over to another mechanic an had to pay 2300 for the problem to have fixed and red line charged 1800 and they are no where to be found to back up the warranty...the other car had to be towed to my house after paying 1600 for transmission to be repaired and two weeks later same problem and Redline is nowhere to be found. I called into shop and I was told they closed shop and are under new management. The mechanic at shop stated that an attorney has taken a class action suite against Redline but her couldn't remember the attorneys name. I sure would like to know the name of this attorney.

Not happy at all! Had a tune-up done to my car at Redline Auto service, which consisted of spark plugs and spark plug wires which totaled, $182.92 for the parts. The labor to install the plugs and wires totaled,......now get this,......$172.80. I am very, very, unhappy with the way I was treated.at Redline auto service. $172.80 for labor that only takes the average person, 10 to 15 min. to perform. To charge me $172. 80 is unethical and an outrage. I was ripped off by Redline auto service. Even dealerships don't charge this much.

Redline is now called Spruce Auto Repair and my experience with the new management was good, l live in Lake Elsinore and it was worth it going all the way to Hisperia they fixed the problems I had with my Nissan Altima their prices are affordable and they had my car ready at the time promised iam very satisfied with the service,l would definitely come back to this shop
