Big Rays Quick Lube

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Every time I’m here I get fantastic care, everything is always taken care of quickly, and my children are always excited for suckers. Every person working there is kind, and I never feel like I’m being pulled around in the things that my car “needs to have today“. Al is awesome and incredibly helpful as well. It’s the only place that I go for our vehicles to get oil changes.

I do not typically post reviews online but the service at this location is unmatched. Every time I have ever visited Big Ray’s, the team is kind, knowledgeable, and quick. The best service I have ever received at a very fair price. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you so much Big Rays team for being so reliable and trustworthy!

I just had the best oil change experience at Big Ray's! The staff were super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly, and even checked and topped off all my fluids. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I've been to other oil change places before, but Big Ray's is definitely my new go-to. Great job, Big Ray's! Very friendly and fast! They are the cheapest oil change around. I would not suggest taking a car here for major repairs, but simple things like oil, batteries, filters, and wiper fluid they have never failed me on.

The employees are extremely polite, courteous, and very efficient at their jobs. There's never an attempt to upsell. We drive the extra distance to frequent Big Rays for our oil changes because it's worth it to us.

I’ve been to Big Ray’s several times for different services. I usually get an oil change and the whole team is very friendly and efficient. Most recently I came in for a transmission flush. The team explained the whole process and showed me the fluid before and after. They are honest and do a great job. I highly recommend them!!

The whole crew there has always been amazing and taken care of the 2 vehicles we own for me. Anytime I’ve had questions they’ve given me an honest answer and helped me when they could. I feel like it’s more and more rare to find people you can trust with a car these days but thankfully this whole staff seems to be knowledgeable and always willing to help. Recently Eddie worked on my car and was absolutely amazing to work with. I don’t write reviews often but for the past 6 years Big Rays has helped me out and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

Had my oil changed here this evening. Big Rays in Howell will be my go to oil change shop from now on. They are so polite and friendly. They said they consider their customers family. These guys are truly the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to help keep my car up kept. I believe that they are genuine and honest in what they say, do and sell. I recently moved an hour away and I’m STILL going to go there, happy to actually, because I know that I can trust them. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here since I was 16 for oil changes and any minor issues I have with my car. They’re always so nice and never make me feel dumb for being a clueless girl. Today, I heard a little clicking sound with my car in my front right tire. They took a look and quickly found it was the rotor shield being loose and clanging around. They took it off super fast and when I asked how much I owed them, they said “nothing, it’s all good”. So nice. They’re always super honest with me which I greatly appreciate especially when I’m easily scammed being a woman with a car lol.
