Total Automotive got me right in and I was impressed with their business. Knowledgeable, fair, helpful, professional… the customer is in good hands. Although the News wasn’t good, transmission needs to be replaced, they only charged me for the diagnostic service and gave me good advice. I will be returning for any and all vehicle needs going forward. Highly recommend. This was the Pinckney location. Very nice facility and equally as nice people.

I recently had my 2001 Jaguar in for repairs and they noticed a steering knuckle that needed to be replaced at the same time they were doing a bearing. They found the part (not easy on a 20+ year old Jag) and got it installed at the same time they did the bearing, saving me from having to go back and do the work twice. They loaned me a car during the time it took, everything went smoothly and all is great again! I will certainly use them for future repairs, especially given that I have a car that not anyone can work on! They came through and I recommend them highly! This was done at the Pinckney location.

I have been taking my work vehicles to Mazur’s of Howell for about 3 years now. Rick and Jason are always great, friendly and make me feel like family. I will never take my vehicles to any other shop. They always take great care of my vehicles. Take your vehicles here, you won’t be disappointed.

Poor business sales tactics - zero transparency, unethical. They want to force you to have an inspection at a high cost in shop before they’ll provide a service estimate. This leverages the sunken cost fallacy to make a customer have to basically settle with them as the inspection is likely to be half the price of a finished job.
