I had my brakes changed at this shop in November 2023, and from the moment I left, the brakes were screaming to the point it was unbearable. I went back a month later to address the issue, and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I paid more money to fix them again. Fast forward to December 2024—I was still dealing with the same problem, so I went back and insisted they fix the issue at no additional charge. They replaced the brakes again, but now, a month later, the brakes are still screaming. I spent $1,000 to get my brakes fixed, and over a year later, the issue is unresolved. This shop clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. I wish I could get a full refund because they made my car sound worse and failed to resolve the problem. I will never return to this shop, as they have proven they cannot be trusted to deliver quality work or good customer service.

Being new to town, I needed a reliable repair shop for my vehicle. I've found the people here to be friendly, and very good at explaining the issue with my vehicle. They don't overcharge and they don't try to make fixes the vehicle doesn't need. This is a very good shop!

I pulled in to the shop parking lot with a rapidly deflating tire. Brandon was quick to assess the situation and got my car pulled in to the garage right away. This was my first experience with a flat tire. Brandon was so kind and walked me through the process of repairing the tire. Within 20 minutes my tire was patched and ready to go. Brandon’s knowledge, professionalism and kindness were outstanding. I will be returning to the location in the future when needed.
