Big O Tires

The receptionist was amazing, but when I went to get my alignment done, the technician actually argued with me about how he couldn’t do an alignment because my tires were not in the best of shape. I said that’s fine. Just line it the way it is. I’m getting tires later he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t. I wouldn’t complain about something like this usually, but I was in a time crunch and needed it done before I went and got my tire put on. I understand. Tell me a warning, but if I’m asking for the service, don’t talk me out of it because you want me to buy tires it sucks. I have to leave a review like this

I love this Big-O location for any service! Their staff is incredible and very friendly :) I recently received an air check from Diego and everything went smoothly. He knew so much about tires/automotive servicing that I was confident I was in good hands. Every need for your car will be addressed and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!!

Woke up with a flat tire immediately made an appointment online. Went to drop my car early and they took me in early, very knowledgeable and informative. Service was great, they text me and let me know my car was done. Everything went smooth and it was effortless

Fantastic service with everything explained and we were given a price estimation before buying anything. Great deal on synthetic oil change. They gave a 20 point check on my car with pictures of anything they found. Indoor seating with restrooms. Great prices. Heather was fantastic.

I want to personally say that these guys are the most amazing, most wonderful, most caring, god sent people I have ever came across. They don’t even care about money, they truly care about helping others. I was locked out of my car in smiths parking lot on Boulder and had no money to get a locksmith, I was so stressed and ran out of options. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I noticed this tire shop in the same parking lot I was stuck in so I thought I’d give them a call just to see if they possible had some type of devices that could help me out. The guy (I believe his name is stitch) sent out two of his guys to me to help me out. After about 5 minutes two guys from this place came and unlocked my car for me free of charge. The locksmith was gonna charge me $100 to unlock it and it would take 45 minutes to get to me but these guys here at big o tires unlocked my car for me for free and was so fast and nice to me. I am so grateful for great ppl like these guys. I pray the most high blesses these men for all they do. Thank you so much for the care you guys showed me in my time of need. I highly appreciate it. I recommend everybody go to these guys for tires and car services. It’s very hard to find businesses that actually care about you and not just trying to take your money. These guys truly care. 5 Stars! I can’t say enough good things about Linda and her entire team at Big O Tires. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, helpful, and incredibly reassuring. I had just bought my son his first car from a private party and quickly found out it needed several repairs. It was overwhelming at first, but not once did I feel pressured or upsold. Linda and her team walked me through every step—diagnosing the issues, explaining the codes, and helping me understand what needed to be done and why. They even offered financing options so I could make sure everything was fixed properly and safely. What started as a stressful situation turned into a positive, empowering experience thanks to their honesty, support, and compassion. I now feel confident that my son has a safe vehicle—and that means everything to me. Thank you all for making this huge milestone such a great one!

Over the last year there was a couple times I didn’t listen to the advice or recommended services that Big O tires recommended, which lead me to higher costs of repair. I had a tire explode on a highway when I was recommended before hand to get it replaced. (Tread looked fine so I didn’t think it needed it). My brakes were also in poor condition which made sense. I also had issues with steering and this Big o was very helpful and have had my car serviced ever since. They’re upfront and honest, no upsells no pushing and just tell you what you need and educate you on if it’s something you don’t know. Amazing team there!

They tried to rip me off and got caught. I came in for an oil change and showed them a coupon that I was emailed for a $24.99 oil change. When they brought the paperwork, the price was $52. The person said they honored the $24.99 deal and the rest was "shop fees." I looked at the itemized receipt, and in addition to the $24.99 fee for the oil change, there was a $9.99 fee for an oil filter. I asked how the filter wasn't included in an oil change, and he took the paperwork back to show the manager and came back with a charge of $32. He explained that the coupon I showed them was "out of market." So if I am understanding correctly, instead of telling me they wouldn't honor the coupon, they made it look like they did and just added fees to make the charge regular price. Additionally, I double checked the coupon and this location is listed as my preferred Big O, and it even says it in the email. So if the coupon is out of market for this location, that's a corporate problem.

This Big O location renewed my willingness to do business with Big O as a company. Andrew did a great job. From first meeting, it was obvious that customer service was what he was about. He explained the steps to the process well and the quote line by line. Then, when I came back and had questions with the inspection, Andrew and Linda answer my questions with honesty and a smile. Will definitely be bringing my business here for future services and auto needs.

Firstly Tim was great! I took my car to Carmax because I still had warranty on my vehicle. They gave me the run around about how my damages weren't covered and that they can give me a price but they wouldn't know until they started to work on the vehicle. That i was going to need all of this work done on my vehicle. Decided to take it to this Big O and Tim gave me straight answers and was honest about everything I would need done. He was great, the front staff was amazing. Recommending everyone here from now on!
