Very satisfied with the service I got from the service department. Anthony handled my work up front and I got my truck back as promised. So the service tech that handles transmission work did a good job of getting it completed on time. It costed a bit more than I had hoped but if the problem is fixed we’re good!

I have so much gratitude for how the Service Manager handled an issue with one of our company vehicles. Kenneth Morgan listened, looked at photos, checked one of their vehicles on site to compare to ours, got it in so fast for inspection. He bent over backwards to get the part in next day, advocated to have the repair paid for by the warranty company, and the fastest turnaround we could have ever asked for. I’m blown away at his follow up, attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude. Thank you Kenneth and team for making this happen! We are very pleased!

I looked at all the different For dealerships because I wanted an authentic oil change as service in general has been really bad in area. I'm glad I chose Easley. Scott and Ashley are wonderful! Love the waiting area very comfortable. They have chairs, tables, couches, TV. This is the perfect place for Ford Edge. We are home. Look forward to seeing them again.
