Came over on Monday, with rear axle leaking oil. He said come back on Wednesday. I did came back on Wednesday morning. He said leave it, I'll take a look. Started he wrote my name and number down, and asked about what's wrong with my truck. I told him ell the symptoms again. He turns around and said I'm not gonna do it, I'm too busy. I wasted 2 days, that's my work truck. Never recommend. All his shop looks like that's too.

Went to his shop on Friday. I told him I had a oil leak and asked if he would look at it. He walked outside to my truck opened the hood and said that I would need to bring it back on Monday and leave it, ok. Brought it back on Monday and told him that I wanted to know where the oil was coming from and how much would it cost to fix it. He said he would call me back that afternoon. Afternoon came and went with no call! Waited till 11am next day and still no call! So I go to the shop and my truck is sitting in his fenced yard. Go in and he is sitting at his desk. I asked if he looked at the truck and he said no and looked away not saying anything else. I asked if he was going to be able to tell what was wrong today and he said no. Then he got up went and got keys, gave them to me? I asked him if was going to work on the truck and he said no! What a waste of time with a guy that has no customer service skills. I will sure everyone I and meet will hear this story. Been living here over sixty years and the family has been here over 200 years. I do know a lot of people.

I brought my truck to Christopher Automotive to fix a fuel leak. I was told it was fixed a couple of days later. After picking it up I noticed it was still leaking. I finally had time to look at it myself and found 2 lines to fuel pump and sending unit were cracked and bloated. These lines were right where the technician was working and should have been seen. I feel that this is second rate work. I contacted Christopher about possible recourse and he was not willing to work with me even though the problem was not fixed. Beware if you use this repair shop. I would not recommend them.

Ben Christopher is Hands down one of the best Mechanics in this area! If not the best. I am appalled reading some negative reviews about him. Take it from me it has to be more to it then what these certain customers are writing. If you want quality work then this is your stop. 100%

My headlights were working before I took my car to Ben Christopher and not afterwards. I didn't even get to address this issue before he called me stupid for asking for 60 extra seconds of his time to help me, a paying customer. I am a 21-year-old college student working 3 jobs. No semi-respectable middle-aged man is out there verbally assaulting people like me for no good reason. I had never been so disrespected by someone in customer service in my life. What I gather is that once he's got your money, he's just a pissy old man.

Unacceptable service and zero transparency. I was told to bring my car in on [date], anytime after [time], and that I’d receive a call with a quote. I dropped it off early that morning—by the afternoon, still no word. After four calls just to get someone on the line, I was told, “I’m too busy to look at it today.” At no point was I told this would take multiple days, especially not just to get a quote. I made arrangements to be without a car for the day based on what you told me. Instead, my vehicle sat untouched, and I was met with attitude for not knowing I’d be without it indefinitely. That kind of miscommunication and disregard for a customer’s time is inexcusable. I could have gone to any competent mechanic and had a quote—and likely the work—done same day. Instead, I wasted my time here. I got a ride back, got my car and left.

wow i really cant believe how bad the service is here. they fixed things on my car without calling and telling me a price which isnt too bad if the problem is actually fixed. but i picked my car back up after he had it over 5 weeks and its still not fixed. a crazy price of 2000$ i paid and drove home only to find out its not fixed. all ben recommended was that i bring ut baco to him and pay him more to fix something completely different. he is a crook do no go here
