Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Belle Tire location. About 45 days ago, I paid roughly $411.22 to have my front right tire replaced. I recently returned due to low tread on that same tire and air leaking, only to be told it’s not the one they replaced and that a tire rotation was done when I picked the vehicle up. Here’s the problem: There is zero documentation of any tire rotation in their system or on my invoice, and I was never informed that one was done by a technician. Now I’m stuck with a nearly bald tire that I trusted was brand new—and they’re refusing to take responsibility or make it right. This is either a case of putting the wrong tire on the car, failing to document service properly, or both. Either way, it’s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate and will be filing one with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well. I strongly suggest checking your documentation and inspecting your vehicle carefully if you get work done here. I expected better from a company like Belle Tire.

Worst service. Car went in due to there being no heat & oil in the coolant reservoir. They claimed nothing was wrong but insisted on replacing the radiator, thermostat & get a coolant flush. They did those things, they also did an oil change that I did not approve (was refunded for that). Took the car home, drove it maybe 2-hours and the coolant was gone from my car. Brought it back to them, they told me my engine coolant fan is broken —it’s not. Now, my engine is boiling oil out of the engine. Literally can see it boiling out of the side of it. Thanks Belle Tire for making things worse. Sadly, I refuse to return to Belle Tire Northville (Haggerty & 8) after being a customer for years for my tires.

Pathetic Customer Service – Avoid the Northville Location (5/1/2025) I visited Belle Tire in Northville for a simple winter-to-summer tire swap — just one tire, not all four. One of my summer tires had a patch (not a plug), so I specifically asked the advisor (don't want to mention the name) upfront if it was okay to mount. He said yes. That was the last sign of anything resembling professionalism. What happened next was baffling. He told me to bring the tire and wheel from my car all the way to his desk — not just to the door — while he stood there watching. No offer to help, no dolly, no basic courtesy. The shop wasn’t even busy; just one other customer was inside. It was pure laziness and complete disregard for the customer. I don’t mind carrying it, but it’s the attitude that stood out. Then, after I hauled the tire in, he looked at the patch and only then he decides to ask if the tire was purchased at Belle Tire. I said no — it came with the car, and the winter tire was not bought from here. His response? “We don’t mount tires that weren’t purchased here.” Really? I get it, but that’s something you couldn’t mention when I asked before hauling it in? I even explained that the patch was done at another Belle Tire, and that the Novi location told me they would mount it — they just didn’t have an opening until next week. His only reply: “We don’t mount at this location.” No explanation. No attempt to help. No concern or courtesy. Just a lazy, dismissive tone and no regard for customer service. Then, of course, I had to carry the tire back to my car while he stood there once again, doing absolutely nothing. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had — ever. From a pure customer service standpoint, if this is how Belle Tire Northville treats, they don’t deserve your business.
