Highly recommend Precision Auto! I had been calling around and searching online for tint shops and I just could not find one that would return a call, email, or that seemed even the slightest bit like an organized operation. I found Precision Auto and was blown away by their entire customer experience from start to finish. From the technology they use to organize their communication both via email and text, to how easy it was get scheduled, their customer service is first class all the way. I scheduled on the spot my wife's vehicle for next week as I was picking mine up this week! See you soon guys.

I called and connected with John, explained how particular I am and the top quality am looking for and used to on all my previous high end cars. Not just the products used, but the final result with no scratches or scuffs. And the client service as well. He was more than welcoming and accomodating. Great customer service. John explained the process and got started right away. Job was done earlier than expected that was great. Paperwork/warranty and a bottle of water was in my car when I left. Just a really nice business John was very nice and very knowledgeable about the job and how to take care of my windows going forward! Definitely recommend this business!

I purchased the Executive Ceramic package and Full Frontal PPF and couldn’t be happier with the results! The team did a fantastic job restoring my car’s paintwork and expertly applied the fully custom PPF wrap. They were very accommodating in scheduling the work and once I dropped my car off, they kept me informed every step along the way. I can highly recommend them for anyone looking to protect a unique collector car like I was.

I can't say enough good things about this company. After working my ass off my entire life of sacrificing and saving, I finally got my dream car! This was the first time I've had PPF installed. John and his crew of highly skilled installers did a fantastic job on my new car. The team was very patient with me in explaining all the details up-front, pricing and process that goes with it. They recommended only what I needed (Highway Package) and at no point tried to upsell me for anything. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism that I upgraded and went with the Full Body Package at a great price. On top of it, communication was EXCELLENT! They kept me informed of where the job was during the entire process. When there was a slight delay in delivery due to high demand (no biggie as I told them I was not in a rush), they were very honest and transparent with me during the entire engagement. Lastly, they replaced for me a brand new hood badge/emblem when there was an eyelash-size of a mark from the cutting. Honestly I would never have noticed it if they never pointed it out to me! They were so honest and just replaced with a brand new badge, unnecessarily I might add LOL. I am a customer for life!

My black car had a lot of swirling from using the automatic car washes. Precision Auto Protective Films did an excellent job in removing all the swirling and applying the ceramic coating. My paint looks brand new. They were easy to work with and they accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend them and in fact I plan on having them install window tint in the future.
