If I could give zero stars, I would! This Subaru service center is hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I asked about an issue that wasn’t resolved after my last visit, they brushed me off and refused to take any responsibility for their shoddy work. They told me our repair service has a warranty for 12 Months and my car issue just happened on the same day i picked up the car. I paid hundreds of dollars to fix my car’s starting issue, after their diagnosis and the job they done, my car still had the same exact issue. I called them and explained that my car still not starting properly and it worse than before they said bring it back to us. I brought my car back next day cuz i knew the repair has a warranty. They called me after a couple of hours and they said there is another issue with your car the starter has to be replaced and you need to pay $900 to fix it. What! Why you didn’t say that from the first diagnostic you done. i would just pay for the diagnostic and take my car. But their diagnostic is like they don’t look at anything. They just check the car engine and drive your car for a couple blocks if it runs then there is no issue that’s all what they do. Otherwise my car starter issue was very obvious even their staff realized the issue when my car was at the service entrance. They said this “that doesn’t sounds good and i said yes that’s why came here to fix this issue. HOW THE HELL THEY DID NOT FIND THE STARTER ISSUE WHEN THEY DIAGNOSED IT!! Zero diagnostic Zero repair Zero at customer satisfaction. After spending hundreds of dollars, I had to go to another shop just to fix the issue that Subaru center did not find. Save yourself the hassle and find a service center that actually cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. Avoid this place at all costs!

Just like the sales department, parts and service departments at Bay Ridge Subaru are excellent. Most of the staff is very nice and if they don't know something, they are not afraid to ask their co-workers or Call Subaru Direct. I can't say enough good things about them. Maybe because I'm so jaded by most other dealerships that are horrible by comparison. The only complaint I can make is parking can be difficult. Parking tends to be easier earlier in the day. Additionally if you buy a car from them, then you're supposed to get a 10% discount on parts. You might want to call to ask if that is still accurate.

Most dealerships are described as "pushy". That is one word that cannot be used to describe this place. You really are welcomed here, and I am always happy to accompany my family. They level with you as to the feel, drawbacks, and benefits. They are trained well, and if there is a question they aren't 100% sure of, they ask - and will tell you the truth. Happy to work with them, and would do it all over again.

Great service!! We had Cory who was awesome! Didn't pull any tricks just crunched the numbers and gave us a small discount that we were satisfied with and came back 2 days later to sign the paper work and take the brand new car from the lot. Free service and inspection if we go to that location for the life of the lease. Quick, painless and easy. Definitely recommend getting a Subaru from here. We saw alot of good reviews here and thought we'd give them a try. We glad we did.
