I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Danny and Shaun at Barber Towing and Service!!! We were broke down on the 46 East Bridge in Paso Robles, (at night) a few car lengths past the 101 exit, blocking the #2 lane of the bridge!! Paso PD called for a Towing Company (PRT)… that showed up and had the Audacity to tell us he “Only Responds Out To Accidents, And He’s Going To Have To LEAVE US THERE!!!!!!” And he drove off!!! Long story short, we got a hold of Barber Towing and Service. They responded out immediately and got us home quickly and safely! These guys have Compassion, unmatched Professionalism and Hearts of Gold! They go above and beyond to provide Excellent Service, no matter what time of the day or night! If I could give a score higher than 5 stars I would!! I definitely recommend them for all of your roadside service needs as well as mechanical fixes. Thanks again for having amazing work ethics and understanding that people need services outside of regular business hours.

Towing a 5th wheel home from the beach and blew a Radiator hose. Dan and Shaun were Johnny on the spot and fixed our issue same day. Ford did not clamp down the pressurized Radiator hose from factory as there were no indentions in the hose from 2 clamps. Got us back on the road same day. Very thankful for both of them.

They were quick to return my call and they picked up a used RV and delivered it to house. I had told them I needed to have it leveled and set up First problem was getting I in the driveway. He ripped the roof molding and tore out the tv antenna which left a large hole. Second problem is he twisted the door so I can't shut it . He also was on his cell phone the whole time paying little attention to the work while charging me 175/hr.

If I could rate Dan with 10 stars.I would. I accidentally put d e f into my Ram diesel tank. What a nightmare! I made a call to my mechanic who responded " you really messed up kid". He recommended Barber Towing. Dan Knew what to do immediately. He told me not to drive it.Just wait on his tow truck. Once we got to the shop , he was very honest and knowledgeable about the situation. Where I thought I possibly totaled my entire fuel system. Dan Assured me he would be very thorough in cleaning up the mess and getting me back on the road. Admittedly I still had my doubts, Here it is over two thousand miles later & my truck is running absolutely stronger than ever. My trucks are my livelihood and thanks to Dan I am still in business. He was very honest and reasonable in quoting me. Thanks again. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

I had an emergency yesterday. My alternator failed, and my serpentine belt snapped as I was headed home from the beach. I was lucky enough to be near the Atascadero exit, and Barber was the only mechanic open on a Sunday, so I coasted into their parking lot and called the number on the sign. Dan was there in less than 60 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue and order parts within 15 minutes of his arrival. He had me back on the road in less than two hours total, and I thought for sure I was stranded for the night!! It was such a huge relief to be able to go home. I was sincerely impressed with the level of efficiency as well as the level of service. Highly recommend. Thanks again Dan!!
