Jiffy Lube

Took a car in here because we didn’t want to have to wait for an appointment with the dealer. Although there were only 3 techs onsite and cars in the bay, we were promptly greeted by Lacey, who informed us of approximate wait times. We sat in the waiting area, enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, and she came in a few minutes later to give an estimate of costs. Once the car was inspected she returned and the service was approved and completed. Very thorough very efficient, and very friendly and professional service provided at this specific location. I went here for an Uber Vehicle Inspection. They gave me false results claiming that both of my front tires were bad, trying to convince me to buy new tires from them, so that I wouldn't have to pay for the Uber Vehicle Inspection again. My tires were under warranty, so I went to America's Tire, where they had different findings, far from Atascadero Jiffy Lube "test results". I could claim warranty for one tire, but not both. I went to Paso Robles Jiffy Lube and their results were the same as America's Tire (see pictures), so I replaced one tire and finished Uber Vehicle Inspection with them. I then went to Atascadero Jiffy Lube, asking for a refund for them trying to scam me into buying two new tires from them by presenting false results on my Uber Vehicle Inspection, but they refused. I contacted SLO County Jiffy Lube Franchisee, Sean Porcher, and he promised a refund, but then ignored any further communication and never refunded me. Update: After my review, the owner of Central Coast Jiffy Lube offered a refund. I went there and they refunded me (after being very rude in person), and I was asked to delete this review. I would never do that. I want people to be able to see what will happen to them if they do business here. Also, the money is not the only thing they took from me. They can't (and for sure wouldn't) make up for my time and my stress.

Had an awesome experience with majority of staff the lead women who works there is always kind and professional and helpful. Had an issue where I went to back up my car and didn’t see one of the other workers had walked behind I had barley moved a foot before they yelled and I stopped the girl who worked there wearing a beanie came out from walking behind my car and I apologized like four times where she then yelled at me and gave me a bunch of rude dirty looks.

I really like all the guys there at this Jiffy Lube location. They’re always really nice and super helpful and not pushy on extras and they get the job done fast. I’ll be back for another oil change when the time comes

First time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube since ii moved here last year. They were very helpful, friendly and thorough! Gave everything a once over and made the proper recommendations. Will definitely continue to take my car there 🥰

Just wanted to say thanks to the team at Jiffy Lube! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was in a bit of a bind trying to get my car smogged—called around and everywhere was booked for over a week. I decided to stop by around 4:30 in the afternoon, not expecting much, but they got me in right away and had me out fast. Really appreciate the quick and friendly service!

Staff was friendly and job was completed in about 20 mins. I got the full service which included inspection and lubrication for the undercarriage and they vacuum the front seats and cleaned the windows and filled up my radiator fluid which was a little bit low and filled the tires up to the correct PSI they removed the air filter and cabin filter and showed me the condition of both filters checked brake fluid then a full synthetic oil change, they reccomend I get new wipers because mine were bad. I got lucky and went at the perfect time so I got in and out quickly. They provided me full paperwork showing condition of components and was contacted by a customer service rep who wanted to know how everything went. The grand total was 140$ which might sound expensive but they do a good job and use the highest quality oils. Good location and staff was super nice.
