Pickup was smooth and painless. Seemed like a pretty competent bunch of folks all around. Will do business here again.

I'll be real, these lads are pretty mid but they have higher tier prices. They'll get the job done, but maybe not how you want it. For the most part, I've taken my car to them and they check up on everything fine and let me know if any potential issues. However, they either have an incredibly poor communication system between the desk and technicians or one of the aforementioned failed at doing their job correctly. My car, as most are, is a front wheel drive. So, when I bought two new tires, I wanted the new tires to go in the front and the more worn ones to go in the back. I made sure to emphasize this twice and instead they just replaced the bad tires and called it a day. I went to a discount tire shop for the other two and that's how I found out this issue. They actually had a very intelligent and simple system in place to make sure stuff like tires are done how the customer wants them to be.
