I had to tell tech which post was pos. It was 830 pm and he didn't want to check battery to start with. Had to jump start daughter's and to to orallys for service. He said wasn't anything he could do today and didn't even load test It to see if amps would drop. I told him I'd she needed a battery that was fine. He said I would to come back tomorrow.

While I attempted to find wiper blades for my vehicle noone offered to assist me; something I'm not use to with other O'Reilly branches. One employee was chatting with someone he seemed to know & then took a personal call behind the counter. The 2nd employee went outside to smoke directly outside the entrance. It's raining today so I can assume I rec'd no help from employees because they didn't want to go out in the rain to install wiper blades.

Stopped in today for replacement headlights and a battery for my key fob. I was helped by Caleb, who took care of everything for me. The employees here seem like they enjoy their job and each other-always makes dealing with car stuff less stressful when you pick up this kind of positive vibe! Will definitely go back!

Online order and terrible store service. I ordered at 4:30pm and email confirmation of my order said it should be about an hour before it’s ready for pickup. Nothing happens. I call the store 3 times. First try just rang and rang with no one picking up. The others were answered but either the person is deaf or acted like he didn’t hear me answer his question to wait and hung up on me. I went back online and canceled my order. Poor service
