The little video via test when it was in the shop was a nice touch. My only concern was they were booked for 3 weeks to get it in.

Recently took my Ranger in for state inspection and oil change and was really happy with the experience. Shawn let me know about how long it was going to take when I showed up and he was spot on. Very knownlegable and great to work with. I love that the Quicklane isn't seperate from regular service anymore too. The customer lounge is much nicer than waiting in the old quick lane space.
