Never again will I go to this place. Quoted part price was 3 times higher than the part store for the same Motorcraft part. Told me the job "is pretty involved, it will take a couple of hours." For the low price of $250 they could install the part. It took a different mechanic 30 minutes to replace the part, costing me only $55 for the labor. I don't deal with thieves or liars.

Very happy with my experience. I was greeted by a friendly service advisor as soon as I walked in the door. I was also introduced to the mechanic who'd be working on my car, which I thought was nice. They got my car in, diagnosed and the issue fixed in a timely manner.
