I was out of town on a 3 week storm restoration company business trip when my company vehicle broke down on a Thursday evening. Scheduled to leave to go home on Saturday. I was in panic mode, and called several repair shops who all told me no way possible. I called Bachman-Bernard Chevrolet 2 minutes before closing. Ted and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed on a Friday and I was able to return to home on time. It’s employees like Ted, Jeff and the unsung heroes in the shop that make things happen when there seems to be no way, and that can do attitude keeps people coming back. Y’all don’t know how much I appreciate you getting me going in what seemed like an impossible situation. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs they were pleasant, easy to deal with and got me back on the road when no one else would even try! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent service advisors and technicians. Friendly staff. The owner, Russ Kauffield, is fair, honest, and heavily involved in the community. He is also extremely well-dressed. His faith is evident by his character and the way his company treats people. Won't do business anywhere else.

This is directly related to New Car Sales. As a former National Sales Manager, I do not appreciate being toyed with regarding price. I understand the sales game but what I experienced was absurd. The sales associate kept referring to his overall manager as "Boss-man". Never once did we actually speak to Mr. Boss-man pricing negotiater even though his input was being the actual decision maker behind the curtain. We were showed short term loan rates with a large amount down payment when we specifically asked for long term rates with zero down. First key thing in sales is LISTEN to your customer. That went out the window. They even tried to sell me a recently traded in Equinox that was severely smoked up with ashes all over the inside cup holders and center console. The smell was so bad I couldn't even test drive it. After the sales associate kept coming back stating "Boss-man says this and that" about the car I actually wanted, my family and I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I received a voicemail message driving away saying "Boss man says come on back and we will drop the price more and fix you up." Get real! I've never had an experience this bad anywhere. We ended up going out to Toyota and it was a night and day difference in service. No price games. I negotiated quickly and needless to say, I bought a new car there and I will never be back to Bachman Chevrolet in Greeneville.
