I took my RV here to get the brakes looked at and yo have a full DOT inspection done. Where to start? The woman I talked to had no idea how to schedule appointments. After finally having our RV "inspected" the same woman called and could not tell me what was wrong or how much replacement parts would cost. On top of that, she laughed at me when I asked the next time she had available to fix what was wrong. Now onto the DOT inspection. I specifically asked to have the brakes looked at and I was told they were in perfect condition. Interesting enough, when I went to park my HUGE RV on a hill to double check it just rolled down the hill. We had an ACTUAL mechanic look at what was wrong and lo and behold the brakes were basically nonexistent. I don't know who runs this place, but take your actual business to someone else.
