The owner Oscar is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I sent my car for repair and the owner has been consistently missing his promised timelines without giving any reason why. No direct communication whatsoever. Talking to Oscar has been the worst thing ever. Zero progress has been done for several days and Oscar can't give any reason or what has been going on. Zero reply to email. Calls are unanswered. It takes forever to get a response from them. The owner also lied about when he ordered the parts and was not even able to admit it after I called the parts factory and verified the order date. You can never trust this shop.
