I chose this place based on other reviews and it was everything and more as they said. These guys are professionals, friendly, and efficient. I had a few questions regarding mandatory maintenance on an older 335i with 100K miles and did not want to go to the dealer. Apart from an oil and filter change, It was a relief to have my car inspected for an overall health status and informed on future possible repairs. Thank you Bimmers!!!! Highly recommend this shop for all your BMW needs especially older models.

I was referred to Chris (and the guys) about 8 years ago, first with a 2012 550i, and last 6 years with a 2013 M5. I've owned cars for 35+ years and Chris is the best shop manager I have ever worked with! Scheduling, estimates, and the actual work done are ALWAYS top notch! In addition, the few times I've stopped by unscheduled with a question or issue --- Chris and the guys always help me out. I look forward to taking my wife's 2022 X5-M here once it's out of warranty.

Excellent service and professionalism. I was there for a check engine light for i3 , Chris was very helpful , candid for what needs to be done , explained how these codes can be misleading sometimes and fixed it. You have a life long customer now

Don’t take your car here. I just purchased a used 2011 bmw x5 and the previous owner recently had a valve cover gasket replaced by this shop prior to me taking ownership.. They charged him $2000 and did a really bad job. They reused a cracked valve cover, bolts were missing and they caked rtv between the gasket and the head and bits of rtv found its way inside of the vanos solenoids and plugged them up and who knows where else.. Never use a gasket and rtv just a clean surface and fresh gasket does the job. It’s the equivalent of double gasketing an oil filter. As an avid and experienced diy car/bmw enthusiast I would rate this place a 1 star and would not recommend taking anything here. Complete rip off and very hack work. Do good work if you are going to charge outrageously high prices for a 2 hour job. I posted a photo of the valve cover I replaced myself. It took me an extra hour just to scrape all the old rtv off the mating surface. And these guys want to call themselves “bmw specialists” what a joke.
