Don’t always take the word of the bald guy at the register at face value. I asked if they had a battery relay compatible with my specific vehicle, and he told me they didn’t have it in stock. Doubting that, I checked their website myself and found a compatible multipurpose relay listed as available at the site. Thankfully, another staff member was more helpful and took the time to retrieve it from the back. It’s frustrating that the first employee didn’t bother to check—giving the impression that customer service isn’t a priority.

The girl that helped me was so sweet at the east patchogue location. She even went one step further by calling another location to check foe the item and she also let me know i could pay for it with her and the other location will have it waiting for me. When I got to other location, the lady at the north patchogue location by sunrise hey, was so sweet and friendly. I just showed her my receipt and she went for my item behind the counter. She then logged into the computer, I signed for item and I was out the door. So easy and smooth
