Incredible customer service each time. I've had to bring both of my cars in over the past two months and I can't thank them enough for how helpful, patient, efficient, and informative they are. Big thanks to Dan and Jason who were usually the ones helping us out whether it was ordering tires in store or during our actual appointments.

Beware!!! Do not get tire service done at Costco, especially from John D. with glasses, they will make up any reason to upsell you ,very unprofessional workers, i brought car in to get tire plugged they said that the tire was unfit for the road when he realized the nail didn't puncture the tire. There were other tires they let leave that were bald, when i asked to see their specifications on cracking he couldn't offer me any, when I asked where the nail went that was in my tire, John said don't worry about it!! He then proceeded to tell me i was messing with the wrong guy!! After that the store manager who had no clue about tires came and showed me a picture, he was talking to the tire manager on the phone for about 20 minutes, it took 3 people to make a decision on what to do with my tire. Luke the tire manager was nowhere to be found and wouldn't speak to me on the phone. Please do not go here they will try to scam you. Let me know if my tires look like their specifications in the picture. The last picture is of another bald tire they sent out before mine, watch out for John D. untrustworthy, shame on you Costco

I'm not sure why anything for me is never an easy and job done right process... It is very busy here and almost any costco is. I got a good price on tires, so I decided to get them here. 1: My air valves stems were not replaced or tightened, so I have been refilling air every 3 months which very slowly decreases especially during colder weather. 2: They didn't fully tightened my lug nuts on one of my wheels and I had to torque it myself. 3: if you go back few months later they will say you should of come to us within 2 weeks regarding the tire valve stems leaking air and we can't touch it to see whether its tight or not bla bla bla. So I had to go on Amazon find a cheap opener and closer for the stems and ironically it wasn't tight and glad I didn't have to remove my tire to get a new stem replaced.

Where do I began... Well I wish I had read the reviews for the tire center prior for starters. So if you're considering having your tires done here. Consider this your warning don't. I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade (Fiat 500) the studs on the car are also the bolts, if you were to take off my wheel the hub would not have studs. When reinstalling the wheel, you must install by hand first then you may tighten with the gun. When I picked my vehicle up they handed me back my stud/bolt damaged and said I should take it to a mechanic to repair. My vehicle came in without these issues, and left damaged, the inner hub is stripped and viably the bolt is damaged on the tip upon entry. They did not call me when this occurred and continued service damaging my property. Anthony was the supervisor on staff (he was very rude and when my husband spoke to him he lost his temper a few times) at the time when damage occurred his explanation as for why it was not their problem because it was the first time I had been serviced there (and it will be the last mind you) and that my car was 10 years old and the bolts had service rust. All of that is trash. It was the first service because it was the first time I needed the tires done since I owned the car. Surface rust does not result in cross threading and damaging my vehicle and stating the age of my vehicle is a cop out for what had happened. I am extremely upset, I know for a fact the car was not damaged prior. I typically do not bring my car to places like this due to the fear of this exact situation. I came to have my tires serviced because I do not own the proper machinery to put tires on my rims myself. I came to Costco because I did research on which provider offered the best value against their warranties. I was wrong as the event have played out. My husband and I asked to see the video of when the incident occurred they denied us to viewing the cameras, which untimely I understand if there is policy in place for that but later when I spoke with customer service reps they were surprised that they did not want to show us what had happened. Now I just really lost trust in the staff and I absolutely believe nothing they have claimed. We asked to make a claim they gave us a paper to fill out for an incident report. A paper that I obliviously I had no trust in after how we were treated in the club. A paper that I knew would never make its way past a trash can. When I got home I called the customer service line, after leaving a claim there I was contacted by the manager of the tire center there. Mike explained he was not present for the incident and he was unsure if his staff followed protocol and hoped that they did. He said he could not assist me I would have to file another claim. Once again I called customer service and I was called by an outside company that does claims for costco his name was Armen. He said he watched the tape and has no reason to believe that the staff damaged my vehicle. I asked how can I trust that after all the run around I was given and the fact that my vehicle did not come in there damaged. He said he has no reason to lie. I disagree he has every reason to not want a claim to go through. They will avoid putting claims through to manage costs. Part 2 to follow

Service was good, went to check my tire pressure because of the continuous warning sign after filling with air. One valve was discovered to be leaking and was repaired for almost free! I was given approximately one hour for the repair to be completed and it was finished within that time frame.
