Usually the reps at this store are unbelievably helpful. It’s what I always experience. But I guess it depends on WHO you get. This guy could not have cared less or could have been more dismissive if he tried. I should have noted his name…I thought about going back in and pray for a different rep. Oh, well. That’s customer service anywhere these days.

Came here for a new battery after my moms car died. They helped right away. Got a new battery. The tech helped my mom from start to finish, from diagnostics to retail sale to installing the new battery, Dahlia was awesome!!! Please give her all the kudos and bonuses and definitely a raise. Not sure what was happening here, but I thought twice about going in after seeing an assistant without a mask on, and having a company sign posted on the entrance door that all customers and associates require a mask before entering. Other than this the store has everything you need most of the time. Associates are helpful, and can answer most questions. The store is well organized and clean. I would recommend this store considering these photos. Not being a nay sayer just being cautious and safe.

They changed my wiper blades when it was really cold outside.My wiper blades were not easy to get off.Employee was very patient and got the job done.Great job.

Handled everything professionally and perfectly! I called and purchased jump pack for my mom ( I live out of country) to pick up. They made sure it was charged and even dropped it off to her down the road so she wasn't stranded and didn't have to walk. Absolutely top notch customer service and excellent humans!
